Find and download past documents
Open History in the menu on the left. It lists everything generated in your team, newest first: documents you made on the Generate page, bulk runs from a spreadsheet, form responses, automations, Dynamic URLs and API calls.
Each entry shows:
- A label for how it was made: Generate page, Editor, CSV (bulk generation), Form, Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier, AI assistant, Dynamic URL, Collection or API. Older entries may say Export or Automation.
- The template's name, and the date and time.
- For a bulk run, how many documents were made and how many failed.
A run that is still going shows a progress bar. The list updates by itself while it runs. If something started elsewhere, such as an automation or a teammate's bulk run, click Refresh at the top to see it.
Download a document
Click Download on the entry. You can download a document again at any time, even if the link you were first given has expired.
Download a bulk run
A bulk run has three options:
- Download ZIP downloads every document in one
.zipfile. It is made for runs of up to 100 rows. - CSV with links downloads your spreadsheet with a
document_urlcolumn added, one link per row. Choose Public URLs for links that never expire, or Secure URLs for links that expire after 7 days. See Secure and public links. - Details lists each row with its own download button, and shows why a row failed.
Check a webhook delivery
For a document made through the API, a Zap or an AI assistant with a webhook address, the entry also shows each attempt to deliver it: where it was sent, whether it succeeded, and when. See Webhooks.
