Form templates

Rather than building from scratch, you can start from a ready-made form. The form template gallery has forms for common jobs — contact, feedback, RSVP, registration, job application, order form, and more — each already laid out with sensible fields.

Using a template

From Forms → New form, choose Start from a template, or browse the gallery and pick one. Selecting a template creates a draft in your workspace, copied from the template — so you're free to edit, reorder, or remove any question before you publish. Nothing is shared until you publish.

A template is only a starting point. Everything about it is editable once it's in your account.

Starting blank or with AI

Templates are one of three ways to start a new form:

• Blank — an empty form you build up field by field.
• From a template — a ready-made form you customise.
• With AI — describe the form you want and Automette drafts it for you.

All three land you in the same builder.
