Answer what a task waits on POST

Answer one item of `waiting_on`. For an approval the answer is `{ "outcome": "approved" | "changes" | "rejected", "comment"?: string }`: `changes` sends it back with the comment saying what to change, `rejected` stops the task; for a question, `{ "text": string }`.

Read a task's thread GET

Everything the task did, in order (messages, tool calls and results, questions, answers, corrections), after event `after`.
