Merging PDFs every day?

If you join the same kinds of files again and again, such as an invoice with its delivery note, or a report with its appendices, Automette can do it for you. Call the merge tool from your own code with the Tools API, or add it as a step in a workflow that runs whenever a form is submitted or a file arrives.

The same account also gives you the other document tools: compress, split, convert, and extract data from PDFs, plus templates to generate your own documents.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes. You can merge PDFs here without an account, up to 20 times an hour. There is no watermark on the merged file.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 20 PDFs, each up to 10 MB. Their pages are joined in the order shown in the list.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes. Use the arrows next to each file to move it up or down before you merge.
What happens to my files?
They are used only to make your merged PDF and are deleted about an hour after you upload them.
Will the quality change?
No. The pages are copied as they are, so text and pictures look exactly as in the original files.
Can I merge PDFs automatically?
Yes. With a free Automette account you can merge PDFs from your own code through the Tools API, or as a step in a workflow, for example to join every invoice with its delivery note.
