A credit is consumed only when a new file is generated — one credit per output, whether it's a PDF, PNG, JPG, or WebP. The rate is the same no matter how you trigger the render: dashboard, REST API, CSV bulk, shareable form, or signed URL.

Once a document is generated, it's stored in our CDN and stays there. Accessing, downloading, or sharing the file later costs nothing — credits are only spent on the initial generation, not on retrieval. You can serve the same file to thousands of users without burning a single extra credit.

Pay-as-you-go credits never expire — buy once and use them whenever. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you run out mid-month, you can top up with a credit bundle and keep going without changing your plan.

Generation doesn't silently stop or quietly bill you for overages. You'll be prompted to either upgrade your plan or purchase a top-up bundle. Bundles apply immediately and never expire.

Yes — every output is one credit, no matter the format. Many providers charge 2–3× for PDFs; we don't. PDF generation is what we're built for, so it shouldn't cost more than an image.

Pay As You Go is for occasional or unpredictable usage — you pay only when you buy credits and they never expire. A monthly subscription gives you predictable billing, a fixed allowance every cycle, and a volume discount once you're generating more than 5,000 credits per month.

Yes. Every new account starts with 50 free credits and full access to every feature — no credit card required. Use them on the API, dashboard, forms, or anywhere else.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the billing period.

No — every plan includes unlimited team members. Invite your whole team without paying per seat. Workspaces, role-based access, and shared template libraries are included everywhere.

Yes — design visually in the Canvas editor or write Typst code-based templates for precise typography control. You can also fork any template from our public library and customize it for your brand.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with bank transfer or wire.
