Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Automette (the “Service”), operated by Learn Kraft Info Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

Automette is a software platform that lets you design templates, connect data sources, and generate documents and images programmatically or through our user interface.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all templates, data, assets, and content you upload or generate using the Service (“Your Content”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that content and for the legality of any documents you generate from it.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including the training of AI models.

5. Billing and credits

Paid plans and credit bundles are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit packs do not expire as long as your account remains active.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

6. Free tier

We may offer a free tier subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove the free tier at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may use template previews, example outputs, and similar materials provided by us for the purpose of using the Service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service operational at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, and changes that result in temporary downtime. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before planned maintenance.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from within the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

You are solely responsible for the documents you generate using the Service and for any consequences of their use, including legal, financial, or reputational consequences.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
