How to extract data from a PDF

Extracting data every day?

- What documents does it work with?
- Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, forms, contracts and most other business documents, as a PDF or a photo (PNG or JPG). Scanned pages are read too.
- Do I have to say what to extract?
- No. Leave the box empty and it pulls out everything the document holds. To get only some of it, describe what you want, such as "the invoice number, date, total and every line item".
- Can I open the result in Excel?
- Yes. Download CSV gives you a file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, with the line items as their own table. Download JSON gives the same data for code.
- How accurate is it?
- It reads the document the way a person would, so clear documents come out very accurately. Check important values against the document, especially on poor scans or handwriting.
- Is it free?
- You can extract data from 3 documents a day here without an account, up to 20 pages each. A free Automette account comes with credits to do more.
- What happens to my document?
- It is used only to extract your data and is deleted about an hour after you upload it.
